Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your personal or internal business (political campaign) purposes.

2. Restrictions

Reverse engineer or disassemble the software.

Use the software for any illegal purpose.

Violation of any local or national laws.

Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users.

3. Subscription & Payment

Some features of our Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Master Mind Social Media, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
